The Non-Admit by Reason Report enables agencies to easily view information for patients who were not admitted to the agency. Using this report, agencies can monitor the success of intake and admission processes and identify trends in potentially preventable non-admits.
This feature enables agencies to increase revenue and improve patient quality of life by ensuring that all referred patients who need care are admitted.
To view the Non-Admit by Reason Report, users must have permission to view patient reports.
To give a user permission to view patient reports, edit the user’s profile and navigate to the Permissions tab. In the Reports section of permissions, select View next to the Patient Reports permission. To enable the user to export the report, select Export next to Patient Reports. Click Save to complete the process.

To view the Non-Admit by Reason Report, navigate to the Report Center under the Reports tab. In the Patient Reports section, select Learn More to view a description of the report, the report parameters and the information included in the report.
Select the report title to open the report in a new browser tab. Use the menus at the top of the screen to filter by branch, date range and/or non-admit reason. Click a column header to sort the report information by the information in that column. Select Export at the top of the screen to download a copy of the report in Excel format.
