Psychosocial Phone Visit

Axxess Hospice now enables users to schedule and complete psychosocial phone visits.

Schedule a Psychosocial Phone Visit

To schedule a psychosocial phone visit, navigate to the Patient Schedule or Employee Schedule under the Schedule tab. On the patient or employee schedule, click Add Task.

In the Add Task window, enter the date and select Psychosocial Phone Visit from the Task menu. Complete the remaining fields and click Save Task. These visits will count against the social work frequency.

When scheduling, employees must have BSW, LMSW, LCSW or MSW credentials in their user profile.

For visits to flow to claims, the visit task must be added to the appropriate payer with REV code 0569 and HCPCS code G0155.
