Missed Visits Section in Company Setup


Axxess Hospice now provides a Missed Visits section in Company Setup that enables users to indicate whether missed visits should flow to payroll. By enabling users to filter out missed visits when reviewing payroll activities, this features saves time and streamlines payroll processing.


To prevent missed visits from flowing to payroll, users must have permission to view Company Setup and payroll information in Axxess Hospice.

Company Setup and Payroll Permissions


To give a user permission to view Company Setup and payroll information, edit the user’s profile and navigate to the Permissions tab. In the Administration section, select View next to the Company Setup and Company Payroll permissions. Click Save to finish granting the permissions to the user.

Missed Visits Section in Company Setup


To prevent missed visits from flowing to payroll, navigate to Company Setup under the Admin tab. On the Payroll tab, scroll to the Missed Visits section and click Enable. Click Save at the bottom of the screen to finish enabling the feature.


When this feature is enabled, visits marked as missed will no longer flow to the Payroll Report or Payroll Center, and tasks marked as missed will not have the Payable box checked in Task Details.


When the feature is disabled, missed visits will continue to flow to the Payroll Report and Payroll Center.
