Preadmission Notes

Axxess Hospice now enables users to add preadmission notes to referrals. When a preadmission note is added to a referral, the note will flow from the referral to the patient’s chart, where users can review a historical list of preadmission notes entered. Users can also track preadmission notes by title, date and user.

To add a preadmission note to a referral, users must have permission to edit referrals in Axxess Hospice.

Referral Permissions

To give a user permission to edit referrals, edit the user’s profile and navigate to the Permissions tab. In the Administration section, select View and Edit next to the Referrals permission. Click Save to finish granting the permissions to the user.
