Displays the company code per branch for UltiPro as established in Company Setup.

BATCH ID

Displays the auto-populated batch ID associated with the visits that are being exported.

FILE #

Displays the employee payroll ID number from the employee’s profile.

NAME

Displays the the employee’s last name, first name and middle initial as applicable.

RATE CODE

Remains blank. Only the header will display.

REG HOURS

Displays the sum of all visit hours (patient visits only, not NPAs) per employee for the visits selected to be exported.

O/T HOURS

Remains blank. Only the header will display.

PTO CODE

Displays the PTO earning code established by the organization on the Payroll Earning Codes table.

PTO AMOUNT

Displays the sum of all PTO hours per employee for the task/visit/NPA selected to be exported.

HOLID CODE

Displays the holiday earning code established by the organization on the Payroll Earning Codes table.

HOLID AMOUNT

Displays the sum of all holiday hours per employee for the task/visit/NPA selected to be exported.

Displays the float day earning code established by the organization on the Payroll Earning Codes table.

Displays the unpaid PTO earning code established by the organization on the Payroll Earning Codes table.

UNPAID TIME OFF AMOUNT

Displays the sum of all unpaid PTO hours per employee for the task/visit/NPA selected to be exported.

CODE

Displays the mileage earning code established by the organization on the Payroll Earning Codes table.

Y

AMOUNT

Displays the sum of all associated mileage (miles driven, unreimbursed amount) per employee for the task/visit/NPA selected to be exported.

Z

EMPLOYEE TYPE

Displays the employee’s pay type (salary, hourly, per visit).
