Document Addendum Versions


Axxess Hospice now enables users to view document versions when addenda are attached to clinical documentation. By enabling users to track and review all versions of clinical documentation, this functionality facilitates compliance and supports seamless auditing processes.


To view document versions, users must have permission to view and edit addended documentation in Axxess Hospice.

Document Addendum Permissions


To give a user permission to view and edit addended documents, navigate to the Permissions tab, and edit the user’s profile. In the Clinical section, select View and Edit next to the Document Addendum permission. Click Save to finish granting the permissions to the user.

View Document Addenda


Documents with addenda will be labeled with an Addendum badge displaying the number of addenda associated with the task. To view the document versions, click the badge or select View Addendum from the more menu in the Actions column. 



When the Addendum badge or View Addendum button is selected, a table will open to display each completed version of the document, the status of each version, the user who completed the document, and when the document version was completed. Click the print or download icon to view a document.
