Axxess Hospice now provides a Collections screen that consolidates and displays all outstanding claims. This feature streamlines billing operations and facilitates compliance by enabling users to identify and address all outstanding claims according to company policies and payer requirements.
Users must have permission to view the Collections screen in Axxess Hospice.
To give a user permission to view the Collections screen, edit the user’s profile and navigate to the Permissions tab. In the Billing section, select View next to the Collections permission. Click Save to finish granting the permission to the user.

To access the Collections screen, navigate to the Billing tab and select Collections from the drop-down menu.

Outstanding claims (claims that have a remaining balance) appear on the Collections screen for review. Users can filter the data using the filters at the top of the screen and export the list to Excel by clicking Export.
