The Bereavement Plan of Care in Axxess Hospice now provides two new service type options:

Services can be added to a Bereavement Plan of Care by navigating to the Services tab under Bereavement Goals, Interventions & Services and selecting Add Service.

Bereavement Plan of Care ➜ Bereavement Goals, Interventions & Services section ➜ Services tab ➜ Add Service

Select Memorial Service from the Service drop-down menu to document a memorial service provided.

Select Three-Week Introductory Letter from the Service drop-down menu to document a three-week introductory letter provided.
