Axxess Hospice now provides service line details in the Expected column of Claims History. This enhancement streamlines operations by automatically calculating the amount owed for each claim.
To view the expected amount for a claim, navigate to the Billing tab and select Claims History.

Locate a claim saved after February 12, 2026 and click the amount in the Expected column.
A drop-down screen will appear showing all service lines associated with that claim. Service lines that comprise the expected amount will populate an amount that, when totaled, agrees with the total expected amount of the claim.
This enhancement applies to all levels of care, including sequestration, service intensity add-ons, provider visits, and room and board. It accounts for patient monthly liability and the organization’s 5% responsibility.
