Axxess Home Health now provides an optimized version of the Referral Log in the Report Center. The new Referral Report includes all the same information in the Referral Log and provides additional data points for deeper referral insights.
To access the Referral Report, navigate to the Report Center under the Reports tab. In the Patient Reports section, select Referral Report.
