Axxess Home Health now enables users to select All from the Payer drop-down menu on the Remittance Advice screen.
Selecting All from the Payer drop-down filter will ensure that all remittance advices within the given date range are visible.
To access the Remittance Advice screen, navigate to the Billing tab and select Remittance Advice.
Billing tab ➜ Remittance Advice
Users must have permission to view this screen.
