Axxess Home Health now enables users in Kansas to download and upload captured EVV data to the AuthentiCare portal using the AuthentiCare EVV Kansas Export Report, ensuring accurate EVV reporting and compliance.
To begin using the EVV export report, providers should inform AuthentiCare of their intention to use Axxess as an alternative EVV vendor and follow the steps provided below.
1. Navigate to Company Setup under the Admin tab and select Electronic Visit Verification.
2. Navigate to Users under the People tab and select the desired user. Select the edit icon () and navigate to the Permissions tab. Under the Reporting section, select the box next to Access Electronic Visit Verification Reports.
3. Select AuthentiCare from the EVV Vendor drop-down menu. Select Kansas from the State drop-down, then select the applicable payers and branches.
4. Navigate to List under the Admin tab and select Insurance/Payers. Then configure the EVV procedure code to match the required service IDs accepted by AuthentiCare for the state of Kansas.
5. Once visits associated with the configured payers have been completed, navigate to the Report Center and select the AuthentiCare Kansas EVV Export report under Electronic Visit Verification Reports.
6. Enter the required filter options and select Request Report.
6. Locate the downloaded report by navigating to Completed Reports under the Reports tab.
7. To download and save the report, click the report name and save it in the downloaded format.
8. Log into the AuthentiCare portal with the credentials provided by AuthentiCare, and follow the instructions for uploading EVV records.
