Axxess Home Care has updated the layout of the Medication Profile. While no features were added or removed, the updated view organizes key details more clearly so users can quickly locate medication information during documentation and patient review.
Users can view active or discontinued medications by navigating to the Active/Discontinued toggle in the top left corner.
Select Discontinued to view discontinued medications.
Navigate to the Active toggle and select the ellipses icon under the Actions column to edit or discontinue any active medications.
