New functionality in the Custom Care Plan streamlines documentation of custom care and helps ensure compliance by facilitating adherence to clients’ Custom Care Plans.
When completing a Custom Care Plan, users can now select N/A to identify any of the following care plan categories as non-applicable to the client’s care:
Items marked non-applicable in the Custom Care Plan will not appear on the client’s corresponding Custom Care Notes.
In the following example, N/A has been selected for Vital Sign Parameters and Activities Permitted:
Since N/A was selected for Vital Sign Parameters and Activities Permitted, these categories do not appear on the corresponding Custom Visit Note:
