To better align with Sandata’s system limitations, Axxess Home Care has disabled the Adjusted Visit Date field when making manual visit adjustments, since Sandata does not allow visit dates to be modified once they have been recorded. This enhancement ensures compliance with Sandata visit‑adjustment requirements and helps maintain accurate visit data across the system.
The Adjusted Visit Date field is now disabled within the Verified EVV Log. Users can update only allowable fields, such as visit time.
When a visit date needs correction, the required process is:
Mark the original visit as non-billable
Resubmit the visit
Create a new visit with the correct date
