Axxess Home Care now provides direct access to clients’ Immunization Profiles from the Immunizations section of assessments. By enabling users to view and document immunizations while completing an assessment, this enhancement streamlines processes and optimizes client outcomes.
When completing an assessment in Axxess Home Care, select Immunization Profile on the History & Diagnoses tab to open the client’s Immunization Profile.
Assessment ➜ History & Diagnoses tab ➜ Immunizations section ➜ Immunization Profile
The client’s Immunization Profile will open for the user to update as needed. Depending on permissions, users can view active and inactive immunizations, add immunizations and document declined and contraindicated immunizations.
