The following functionality is coming soon to Axxess Home Care. Axxess will alert you when this feature is available. Check your messages in Axxess Home Care for important alerts from Axxess.

Axxess Home Care now enables users to send messages to groups of employees using tags rather than selecting individual recipients when completing an incident log, communication note or personnel note. By enabling users to send important updates to all employees associated with a specific tag, this enhancement streamlines communication operations.

Users with permission to complete an incident log, communication note or personnel note will now see an option to choose either a Recipient or Employee Tags when selecting Send note as a message.

If Recipient is selected, users can enter the employee or employee names that should receive the message.

Once selected, and the note is completed, the selected employee or employees will receive a message in the Message Center.

If Employee Tags is selected, users can search for the desired employee tag.

Once selected, and the note is completed, employees associated with that tag will receive a message in the Message Center.
