Axxess Home Care now provides a Skilled Nurse Pediatric Visit note that enables users to document SN pediatric visits at the point of care. Clinicians can document skilled nursing pediatric care from the web or mobile application using this note.
By enabling users to seamlessly document SN pediatric visits at the point of care, this feature streamlines documentation processes, optimizes client outcomes and helps organizations stay compliant.
To schedule and complete SN Pediatric Visit notes, the note must first be activated on the Document Management tab in Company Setup.
To activate the SN Pediatric Visit note, navigate to the Document Management tab in Company Setup and click New.
Admin tab ➜ Company Setup ➜ Document Management tab ➜ New
In the Discipline field, select Nursing. In the Documentation field, select SN Pediatric Visit. Mark the note as billable and/or payable as needed, and check any corresponding addenda to add to the note. Click Save to finish activating the note.
Once the note is activated, it will be available for web and mobile documentation.
