In recent months we created our Support Ticketing Center to meet your needs even faster. This system gives designated super-users the ability to directly engage with Axxess support experts and track requests in real time.
You can now designate two super-users to submit support requests for your agency through the Support Ticketing Center.
You may continue to use your administrator and director of nursing as your super-users or choose any other user. We suggest designating employees who are proficient in our software.
To designate your super-users, select Manage Company Information under the Admin tab in AgencyCore.
On the left side of the Manage Company Information screen, select the Support Ticketing Center tab.
On the Support Ticketing Center management screen, you’ll see a list of all Axxess users from your agency. (Users highlighted in orange have default super-user designation and were not selected as super-users by your agency. Super-user access for default super-users will expire.)
Check the boxes next to the two users you would like to remain permanent super-users for your agency. Once a box is selected, you will see a green message appear in the top right corner of the screen confirming that the super-user was added successfully. The selected super-user will move to the top of the list and be highlighted in blue on the screen.
If you select a super-user and later decide to change to another user, you can remove super-user access at any time by clicking the checked box to de-select the user. You’ll see a green message appear in the top right corner of the screen confirming that the super-user was removed successfully.
Once designated, your super-users can access the Support Ticketing Center under the Help tab in AgencyCore.
