Why do I need a PIN code?

The 4-digit PIN code is a security measure that ensures that no one but you can pull up patient information even if the app is left open.

How do I set up my PIN code?

For new users, the app will prompt you to set up a 4-digit PIN code. It can be any four digits you choose. Be sure to select a PIN code that is not easily guessed to help safeguard Protected Patient Information.

Will my AxxessCARE App PIN be the same as my AgencyCore Mobile PIN?

The AxxessCARE and AgencyCore apps are not integrated. You will need to create a new PIN for AxxessCARE. You are allowed to use the same PIN, if you choose.

Can I change my PIN code after it has been set?

Yes. To change your PIN, open the menu in the upper-left corner of your screen. Tap on Profile and then select Edit located in the upper-right corner of your screen. This will open your settings and you can change your PIN by selecting PIN code at the bottom of the menu.

I forgot my PIN. How do I reset it?

Once you enter the wrong PIN four times, the app will prompt you to log back in and reset your PIN.

I reinstalled the app. Why is it asking me to create a PIN again?

Anytime the app is installed, you will be required to set up a 4-digit PIN.

I am creating a new PIN. Can I use my old PIN?

Yes. You may use the same PIN you used before. If your PIN was compromised, you will need to select a different PIN.
