For new users, the app will prompt you to set up a 4-digit PIN code. It can be any four digits you choose. Be sure to select a PIN code that is not easily guessed to help safeguard Protected Patient Information.
The AxxessCARE and AgencyCore apps are not integrated. You will need to create a new PIN for AxxessCARE. You are allowed to use the same PIN, if you choose.
Yes. To change your PIN, open the menu in the upper-left corner of your screen. Tap on Profile and then select Edit located in the upper-right corner of your screen. This will open your settings and you can change your PIN by selecting PIN code at the bottom of the menu.
Once you enter the wrong PIN four times, the app will prompt you to log back in and reset your PIN.
Anytime the app is installed, you will be required to set up a 4-digit PIN.
Yes. You may use the same PIN you used before. If your PIN was compromised, you will need to select a different PIN.
