Implementation Timeline

 

 

Hello and Welcome to Axxess,

 

Axxess recognizes that your business is unique and we will provide customized trainings that fit your agency's needs. We have a powerful and easy to use software solution, live support, webinars, training and a library of resources available to assist you.

 

To get your agency acclimated with Axxess software, we have created a timeline to maximize your training experience. Our goal is to ensure your agency transitions smoothly so you may enjoy the many benefits Axxess provides. See timeline below.

 

 

Week 1 and 2


EDI Linkage – EDI application sent for linkage for Medicare Billing

 

Overview Training –  Provides an overview of the flow for a patient's chart from creation to document completion.  We begin with entering the patient's intake data, the flow of the Oasis and QA, overview the exporting process, orders management, scheduling and reports.

Recommended attendees: Administrator, DON's, Intake users

 

Admin Training – Covers creating a user, payroll functionality, reporting, OASIS transmission, orders management.

Recommended attendees: Administrative staff

 

Clinician Training – Covers logging in, locating scheduled tasks, changing password, re-setting signature, marking a visit as missed, patient charts, adding a medication, completing a task and scheduling if appropriate.

Recommended attendees: Clinical staff

 

Office Staff Training – Covers inputting a referral, admitting a patient, scheduling to a patient, creating episodes and managing episodes.

Recommended attendees: Intake staff

 

 

Week 3 and 4


OASIS Transmission – Covers creating OASIS file and marking as exported.

Recommended attendees: staff responsible for OASIS transmissions

 

Follow Up Training – Additional training to cover any area needed by the agency.

 

 

Week 5


Billing Training – Covers insurance set up, creating claims, verification process, claims transmission, response files, remittance advice, posting payments and adjusting balances.

Recommended Attendees: Billing staff

 

Follow Up Training – Additional training to cover any area needed by the agency

 

 

Week 6 to 8


Testing the Waters – Agency has an opportunity to use the software and find out if there is anything that they are missing or not understanding.

 

Fine Tuning the Processes – Review with the agency to ensure that their transition is smooth and that you are able to use the software effectively.

 

Follow Up Training – Additional training to cover any area needed by the agency

 

 

Week 9


Final Review – Review the checklist with client and ensure that agency is functioning and being fully effective.

 

 

Week 10


Prepare for Graduation – Complete any follow up needed and prepare client for graduation.
