Axxess Home Care now automatically generates a Non-OASIS Plan of Care when an SN Pediatric Assessment is completed. This enhancement streamlines clinical operations, reduces documentation time, facilitates compliance and supports improved client outcomes.

Upon completion of an SN Pediatric Assessment, a Non-OASIS Plan of Care will automatically be generated and placed on the client’s calendar in the Schedule Center and the client’s profile in the Client Center.

The Plan of Care will pre-populate with applicable fields from the completed assessment. Clinicians are required to review each section, enter any additional documentation not carried over from the assessment, and then sign and complete the Plan of Care. All sections of the Plan of Care remain fully editable.

The following fields will flow from the assessment to the Plan of Care:

• Certification Period

• Supplies and DME

• Diet Type

• Activities Permitted

• Mental Status

• Rehabilitation Potential

• Discharge Plans
