Nonpayable Tasks Report


The following functionality is coming soon to Axxess Home Care. Axxess will alert you when this feature is available. Check your messages in Axxess Home Care for important alerts from Axxess.


Axxess Home Care now provides a Nonpayable Tasks report that enables users to review and manage nonpayable tasks for a specific time frame. This enhancement streamlines operations and improves visibility into nonpayable tasks.


To generate the report, users must have access to the Nonpayable Tasks report in Axxess Home Care.

Permissions


To give a user permission to access the Nonpayable Tasks report, navigate to the employee’s profile and select Permissions from the Quick Links menu. In the Reports section, navigate to the Employee Reports section and select the checkboxes next to Nonpayable Tasks. Click Save to finish granting the permissions to the user.

Nonpayable Tasks Report


To generate the Nonpayable Tasks report, navigate to the Report Center under the Reports tab. In the Employee Reports section, select Nonpayable Tasks.

The report can be filtered by Branches, Employee Status, Employees, Tasks and Date Range. Once the desired parameters have been selected, click Generate to generate the report.


Once generated, select Excel Export to download an excel file of the report.
