The following functionality is coming soon to Axxess Home Care. Axxess will alert you when this feature is available. Check your messages in Axxess Home Care for important alerts from Axxess.

Axxess Home Care now enables users to load information from previously documented assessments into custom and HHA care plans. By enabling users to enter details once during the assessment and carry them forward, this enhancement streamlines documentation process, saves time and eliminates duplicate work.

To load information from previous assessments into custom or HHA care plans, users must have permission to view their and/or others’ previous notes in Axxess Home Care.

When documenting in a custom or HHA care plan, users with permission to view their and/or others’ previous notes will see a new Previous Assessment field. To load information from a previous assessment, click the Load From Assessment button and select the desired assessment.

The following sections will load from the selected assessment but will remain editable:

• Functional Limitations

• Safety Measures

• Diet Requirements (This section does not load to HHA care plans.)

• Activities Permitted

Note: The Safety Measures section in assessments includes educational items that begin with “Instruct on.” These items do not have corresponding selections in custom care plans and will not appear there.
