Axxess Home Care now enables users in Kansas to use the AuthentiCare aggregator to automatically send files via Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) using the Fiserv file transfer gateway.
In order to use the electronic visit verification (EVV) export report, notify AuthentiCare of your intention to use Axxess as an alternative EVV vendor and follow the process provided by AuthentiCare.
To activate the functionality in Axxess Home Care, complete the following steps.
Navigate to Company Setup under the Admin tab. On the Electronic Visit Verification tab, confirm that AuthentiCare is selected as the aggregator and Kansas is selected as the state.

Navigate to Lists under the Admin tab and select Insurances/Payers. Configure the EVV procedure code to match the required service IDs accepted by AuthentiCare for the state of Kansas.

A list of service IDs accepted by AuthentiCare for the state of Kansas can be found here. Use Axxess Home Health to apply activity codes by task to the EVV export file.
Use the credentials provided by AuthentiCare to log into the AuthentiCare portal and review the EVV records automatically transmitted from Axxess.
