Axxess CARE now gives clinicians three hours to accept visits. This enhancement helps clinicians avoid missed visit offers and streamlines operations by preventing organizations from having to extend multiple offers to fulfill visits.
Visits Posted for the Same Day:

If the visit is posted prior to 8 a.m. on the scheduled day, the three-hour countdown will begin at 8 a.m. |

If the visit is posted after 8 a.m. on the scheduled day, the three-hour countdown will begin at the time of posting. |
Visits Posted for a Future Day:

The visit acceptance countdown will begin at 8 a.m. and expire at 11 a.m. on the day of the visit. |
A purple banner at the top of the screen in Axxess CARE will alert clinicians to visits that are pending acceptance.
In the Activity Log, the visit will appear in Offered status until accepted.
On the Axxess CARE dashboard, the visit will remain in Pending Acceptance status until the visit is accepted or removed at midnight on the scheduled day.
