Axxess CARE now automatically unassigns clinicians from visits that have not been started within three days past the scheduled visit date.
When a clinician has been assigned to a visit but has not started the visit within three days after the scheduled date, the system will automatically unassign the clinician from the visit.
The visit will update to Removed status in Axxess CARE and Not Yet Started status in Axxess Home Health, and the clinician will receive an alert indicating that the visit has been unassigned.
The following alert will appear in the user’s messages: You have been unassigned from a visit scheduled on 5/8/2021.
This feature streamlines visit management, promotes timely visit fulfillment and eliminates delays in organizational processes.
