By integrating these training and certification components into their clinician profiles, clinicians can enhance their credibility and increase their chances of being selected to fulfill visits on Axxess CARE.

Axxess Training and Certification Badges on Electronic ID Cards

The Axxess Training and Certification Program leverages industry expertise alongside our full suite of Axxess solution training to provide continuing education and development for leadership and staff at all levels.

Through the Axxess Training and Certification Program, qualified clinicians can earn continuing education credits to satisfy licensure and annual training requirements. Badges earned through the Axxess Training and Certification Program now appear on the clinician’s electronic ID badge in Axxess CARE.

Annual Training Uploads

To upload annual training information to your clinician profile, navigate to the three-line menu in the top-left corner of the screen and select Profile. Select Edit to edit your profile and navigate to the Training/CEU tab.

➜ Profile ➜ Edit ➜ Training/CEU tab

On the Training/CEU tab, select a training type from the Training menu. Enter the date that the training was completed and upload a copy of the certification. Based on the training completion date, Axxess CARE will monitor upcoming expirations and send an alert when a required certification is set to expire in 30 days.

Clinicians can also upload records for training that is not required. To demonstrate completion of a non-required training, select Other under Training and input the name of the training program. Enter the date of completion and upload a copy of the certification. The system will not alert you to upcoming expirations for training that is not required.
