To facilitate compliance with agency accreditation requirements, clinician background checks now run automatically on an annual basis.
When a clinician signs up for Axxess CARE and completes a user profile, an initial background check must be performed before the clinician can apply for visits. Axxess CARE now runs an automatic background check every year on the date of the initial background check.
If the automated background check fails, the clinician will not be able to apply for visits until Axxess reviews the background check.
For questions or concerns related to background checks on Axxess CARE, navigate to the three-line menu in the top left corner of the app. Select Help from the drop-down menu. Select Email Us under Need Help? and describe your question for our Axxess CARE team to review.
