Discipline-Specific Visit Lists


Axxess CARE now automatically filters each clinician’s list of available visits by discipline. By only displaying visits that a clinician is qualified to perform, this enhancement facilitates compliance and helps users streamline processes for optimal outcomes.


Based on the clinician’s discipline, the following types of visits appear in the list of available visits:


  • RNs have access to all skilled nursing visits, including OASIS assessments, comprehensive assessments and supervisory visits.
  • LVNs have access to all skilled nursing visits, except OASIS assessments, comprehensive assessments and supervisory visits.
  • PTs have access to all physical therapy visits, including OASIS assessments, comprehensive assessments and supervisory visits.
  • PTAs have access to all physical therapy visits, except OASIS assessments, comprehensive assessments and supervisory visits.


To access your list of available visits, log in to the Axxess CARE app and navigate to the Visits tab from the home screen.
