Axxess Palliative Care now enables administrative users to add custom tasks to the Schedulable Tasks list in Company Setup. By enabling users to create and complete tasks that are customized to their organizational needs, this enhancement streamlines operations and facilitates accurate task documentation.
To add custom tasks to the Schedulable Tasks list, users must have permission to view and edit in Company Setup.
To give a user permission to view and edit in Company Setup, edit the user’s profile and navigate to the Permissions tab. In the Administration section, select View and Edit next to the Company Setup permission. Click Save to finish granting the permissions to the user.

To add a custom task to your organization’s list of schedulable tasks, navigate to Company Setup under the Admin tab. On the Scheduling tab, select Add Custom Task in the Schedulable Tasks section.

Complete the required fields in the Add Custom Task window and click Save.
The saved task will be added to the Schedulable Tasks list with a blue Custom label next to the task name. Once a task is saved to this table, it will be available for scheduling through the Employee Schedule and Patient Schedule screens.
