Axxess Palliative Care now provides an Earned Revenue Report that enables users to view earned revenue and fee schedule amounts for completed tasks in a specified date range. Users can generate this report to monitor financial operations and predict anticipated revenue based on historical earnings.

By providing complete visibility into earned revenue, this report helps organizations streamline financial processes, protect revenue and project future earnings based on historical insights.

To access the Earned Revenue Report, users must have permission to view billing and financial reports in Axxess Palliative Care.

Earned Revenue Report

To view the Earned Revenue Report, navigate to the Report Center under the Reports tab. In the Billing and Financial Reports section, select Earned Revenue Report (Completed Task Method).

A list of previously requested reports will display on the report screen. To generate a new report, select Request Report.

Complete the required fields in the Request Report window and click Request Report.

The report will appear as a new line on the report screen. Click Export under Actions to export the report to an Excel file.

The Excel file will include two tabs: PC Earned Revenue and Summary.

The first table on the Summary tab displays revenue by payer.

The second table on the Summary tab displays revenue by payer type.
