Axxess Palliative Care now automatically alerts designated users when there is a change in a patient’s status. By alerting users to patient status changes in real time, this feature streamlines operations and enhances communication.
To enable patient status notifications users must have permission to view and edit Company Setup in Axxess Palliative Care.
To grant a user Company Setup access and enable patient status notifications, first navigate to the desired patient’s profile and select Edit. Navigate to the Permissions tab, under the Administration header, scroll down and click View and Edit next to Company Setup.
Once permissions have been granted, navigate to the Admin tab and select Company Setup from the drop-down menu. Click the Notifications tab and select Enable under Patient Status Notifications.
