Mobile App Task Details


The Axxess Palliative Care mobile app now enables users to view and edit task details for scheduled tasks. This enhancement saves time and streamlines operations by enabling users to document missed visits, add attachments to tasks, document the status of visits, mark tasks as payable/billable, change the payer associated to tasks and view and reconcile items in Returned for Review status from a mobile device.


To view and edit task details on the mobile app, users must have permission to view and edit task details in Axxess Palliative Care.

Task Details Permission


To give a user permission to view and edit task details, edit the user’s profile and navigate to the Permissions tab. In the Administration section, select View and Edit next to the Task Details permission. Click Save to finish granting the permission to the user.

View and Edit Task Details


To view or edit a task’s details, navigate to the Schedule tab and select the desired task.

Once the task is selected, the task details screen will appear.


Select Visit Note to enter the visit.


If the visit is past due, a Missed Visit button will appear under Visit Type. Select Missed Visit to document a missed visit.


On the Missed Visit screen, enter the information and click Complete.


If a visit was returned from QA, select the comment to view the comment.


When a visit has been completed, select Visit Document or View Codes to view the visit and CPT codes.
