Axxess Palliative Care now provides a new setting in Company Setup that enables users to include medication and allergy profiles in downloaded visit notes. By enabling users to add these profiles directly to visit note PDFs, this enhancement streamlines operations and promotes ease of use.
To add medication and allergy profiles to visit notes, users must have permission to view and edit Company Setup in Axxess Palliative Care.
To give a user permission to view and edit company setup, edit the user’s profile and navigate to the Permissions tab. In the Administration section, select View and Edit next to the Company Setup permission. Click Save to finish granting the permissions to the user.

To add medication and allergy profiles to visit notes, navigate to the Admin tab and select Company Setup from the drop-down menu. Select the Scheduling tab. On the Schedulable Tasks list, determine which visits should include the medication and allergy profiles. Click the edit icon (
) to edit the visit.

On the editing screen, select Enable under Include Documents to include the medication and allergy profile on the visit PDF when it is downloaded and printed.
