Axxess Palliative Care now enables users to access claim remittance details directly from the Claims History screen. By enabling users to conveniently navigate to a remittance from Claims History, this enhancement streamlines operations and promotes ease of use.
To access a claim’s remit details, navigate to the Billing tab and select Claims History from the drop-down menu.
Once on the screen, select the desired patient from the menu on the left. Once selected, navigate to the Payments column and click the payment amount.
When clicked, the payment details will populate. The included columns display the Payment Number, the type of remit (manually created or auto generated), Payment Date, Deposit Date, Payer and the Payment Amount of the remittance.
Navigate to the Payment Number column and click the payment number to open the Remittance Details screen.
