Create and Manage Facility Info

 

 

To add facility information into Axxess HomeCare, a user may select either:

 

Create -> Facility or Admin -> New -> Facility

 

Create Facility

 

Items with a red asterisk are required fields for saving the information.

 

New Facility

 

To manage existing Facility Information a user may select either:

 

View -> List -> Facility or Admin -> List -> Facility

 

Users may edit or delete a facility by choosing the appropriate link. To print hospital list, choose Excel Export.

 

Facility List

 

Facility information may be used in several areas of the system including as referral source as well as hospitalization information.
