Axxess DDE now provides a Suppressed indicator within the Status section of a claim when it has been suppressed. This feature streamlines operations by enhancing visibility into suppressed claims and eliminating the need to open a claim to determine its status.

For applicable claims, the Suppressed indicator will be visible under the Status column when reviewing the patient’s claim history in the Patients module.

Additionally, users can navigate to the Reports tab and select Suppressed Claims under the Claim Reports section to generate a report of all suppressed claims.
