Axxess DDE now provides a Convert to Covered button on TOB 320/8X0 rejected claims that enables users to convert non-covered charges to covered. This enhancement streamlines rejected claim management, helping users save time and minimize delays in claim processing.

To convert non-covered charges to covered on a TOB 320/8X0 rejected claim, navigate to the Claims tab, open the claim and click Adjustment. Correct any incorrect details and navigate to the Service Lines section.

Claims tab ➜ Select claim to open it ➜ Adjustment button ➜ Service Lines section

Select individual service lines by checking the boxes on the left side of the table, or click the top box to select all service lines.

Once the desired service lines have been selected, click Convert to Covered.

Once Convert to Covered is selected, the Covered Units column will update to match the Total Units column, indicating that all units have been converted to covered, and the Non-Covered Charges column will display $0. Confirm these changes and resubmit the claim.
