Axxess Home Care provides a COVID-19 Vaccinations Report that consolidates and displays COVID-19 vaccination statuses for clients and employees. This report displays the organization branch, client/employee name, vaccination status and administration date, so organizations can easily track and monitor infection control procedures.
By providing complete visibility into COVID-19 vaccination statuses, the COVID-19 Vaccinations Report promotes safety, facilitates compliance and improves client outcomes.
Users must have permission to access the COVID-19 Vaccinations Report in Axxess Home Care.
To give a user permission to access the COVID-19 Vaccinations Report, navigate to the employee’s profile and select Permissions from the Quick Links menu. Under the Reports section, navigate to Survey Reports and select the permissions next to COVID-19 Vaccinations Report.
Click Save to finish granting the permissions to the user.

To access the COVID-19 Vaccinations Report, navigate to the Report Center under the Reports tab. In the Survey Reports section, select COVID-19 Vaccinations Report.

Enter the parameters at the top of the report screen and click Generate to generate the report. The system will alert you when the report has finished generating.
When the report has finished generating, navigate to Completed Reports under the Reports tab and click the report name. The report will download in an Excel file.
