Rand Stagen, Founder and CEO of Stagen Leadership Academy
Rand Stagen serves as the Founder and CEO of Stagen Leadership Academy located in Dallas, Texas. Stagen partners with business owners to deploy systems of continuous development that build leadership capacity and drive organizational success through time. Rand is a founding board member and former chairman of Conscious Capitalism – a movement committed to elevating humanity and using business as a force for good. He also serves on the board of the Institute for Cultural Evolution, a think tank developing solutions to overcome the hyper polarization that threatens American democracy.

Brookings Institution
Elham Tabassi is Director of the Artificial Intelligence and Emerging Technology Initiative and a Senior Fellow in the Global Economy and Development Program at the Brookings Institution. A widely recognized leader in AI governance, she previously served as Chief AI Advisor at NIST, where she guided development of the landmark AI Risk Management Framework. Named to the TIME100 list of most influential people in AI, she continues to shape national and international conversations on trustworthy, human-centered AI.
