The Axxess Growth, Innovation and Leadership Experience (AGILE) is an event that brings together leaders in the care at home industry to collaborate on new ways to think about and address challenges the industry faces. More than a traditional user conference, AGILE convenes the brightest thought leaders, policymakers, technology innovators, and care teams to envision a shared future of healthcare at home. Sessions help attendees utilize leading-edge solutions and leadership approaches to solve the challenges we face and build the future of care at home, together.

The conference will be held May 4-6, 2026, at the Fairmont Hotel located in Dallas, Texas.

Registration is $749 and includes access to solution optimization workshops, general sessions, user track sessions, up to 30 continuing education units for eligible professionals, a welcome reception, breakfast, lunch, and snacks as indicated on the agenda, and Tuesday evening dinner and entertainment.

There is a room block with discounted rates available at the Fairmont Dallas available for AGILE 2026 sponsors, partners, and guests.

Dallas Fort Worth International Airport is about 30 minutes from the Fairmont, and Dallas Love Field Airport is about 20 minutes, depending on traffic. There are Uber and Lyft services available to and from both airports.

There are many restaurants, hotels, bars and entertainment options in Downtown Dallas.

Attendees are welcome to dress in business casual attire for the conference. The hotel ballrooms and breakout areas can be cool, so you may wish to dress in layers. Average temperatures in the Dallas area in May are usually in the low to mid 80’s F°

We are offering up to 30 continuing education units while at AGILE.

The Solution Optimization Workshops are offered for anyone interested in optimizing their use of Axxess Home Health, Axxess Home Care, Axxess Hospice and Axxess Palliative Care. These sessions will offer a deep dive into the solutions with a focus on features that streamline operations, ensure compliance, decrease costs and help grow business.
