One of the critical success factors for home care organizations is effective Accounts Receivable Management. Your AR processes must reflect best practices and the use of key indicators. Many agencies struggle with managing and monitoring their accounts receivables. With the recent changes in regulations, such as the Face 2 Face encounter, the one area most executives fail to feel the impact until it is too late is accounts receivable. Faculty will introduce a simple monitoring tool that can be used to monitor bill and collections and review key pre-billing activities; claim submission activities; and collection activities.
