Start a Conversation


Axxess Connect offers a quick and safe way to internally share information, even about private patient or organization details. Follow the steps below to start a conversation with one or multiple users.

Start a Conversation With a Single User


Upon entering Axxess Connect, a chat screen will appear. To start a new conversation, select the pencil icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen.


Type the name of the intended recipient in the To field. As you type, the list of users will filter to match your search. Select the appropriate user from the drop-down menu.


Type your message in the text box at the bottom of the screen and click the send icon.


Once sent, your message will appear in the conversation window.


Start a Conversation With Multiple Users


To start a conversation with multiple users, enter the names of all intended recipients in the To field.


Name the group, if desired, using the Group Name field. Type your message in the text box at the bottom of the screen and click the send icon.


Once sent, your message will appear in the conversation window.
