The Axxess Planner enhances operational efficiency by consolidating essential information, including past due and scheduled visits, detailed visit notes, messages and alerts, all in one convenient location.
Once logged into the Axxess Connect mobile application, navigate to the bottom of the screen and tap the planner icon to access the Axxess Planner.
Once on the screen, users can view scheduled visits, past due visits, alerts and unread messages.
Tap Alerts to view all visits and tasks that have been returned by quality assurance (QA).
Tap the desired alert to view alert details, including the task or visit name, date, time (if applicable) and any care period or returned comments.
Tap Unread Messages to view all unread messages.
Tap Past Due to view a list of visits from the past 21 days that haven’t been signed and completed.
Select the desired past due visit to view the visit details, including the visit name, date and time and the agency branch.
Users can view a calendar of scheduled visits. Swipe left to view visits from the previous month, and swipe right to view visits for the next month.
The current date is highlighted with a solid red square.
Scheduled visits for the month will be indicated with a red dot.
Below the calendar, the Visits section is displayed. Details include:
Visit Name
Patient or Client Name
Visit Time
Solution Indicator
Sticky Notes (if applicable): Red notes signify a missed visit, yellow notes indicate visit comments, orange notes show that a visit has been returned by QA and blue notes represent any care period or episode comments.
Tap the desired visit to view any comments, notes and additional details such as the agency branch.
