Inquiries


The Inquiries section in Axxess Central enables users to record and track communications regarding potential new patients in Axxess Home Health, Axxess Home Care, Axxess Hospice and Axxess Palliative Care.

Inquiries


To open an inquiry, select Inquiries under the Central Intake tab.

Add an Inquiry


To add an inquiry, select New and the solution to which you want to add the inquiry: Axxess Hospice, Axxess Palliative Care, Axxess Home Care or Axxess Home Health.


Enter the patient’s information in the form and select Add Inquiry.

After adding an inquiry, you will be directed to the Inquiries screen.

Edit an Inquiry


To edit an inquiry, navigate to the inquiry and select the edit icon under the Actions column.


Update the information on the screen and select Save Inquiry.

Delete an Inquiry


To delete an inquiry, select the ellipsis under the Actions column and select Delete.


Once selected, a confirmation message will appear. Select Delete to delete the inquiry or Cancel if you do not want to delete the inquiry.

Additional Functionalities


To quickly find an inquiry, enter the patient’s name in the search box.


If you have access to multiple organizations, filter by organization and branch to narrow down the results and display only the inquiries relevant to your selection.


Export


To export an inquiry to an Excel file, select Export to Excel.


Exporting an inquiry is permission-based. Ensure you have the necessary permissions.

Convert to a Referral


To convert an inquiry to a referral, select the ellipsis under the Actions column and click Convert to Referral.


The following information will flow from the inquiry to the referral once converted: patient name, phone number, branch and comments.
