Return Visits Submitted in Error


Axxess CARE now enables users to revert visits that were submitted in error. When a clinician submits a visit by mistake, the clinician can now return the visit to the posting organization to be assigned to and completed by a different clinician. This functionality streamlines operations for both clinicians and organizations using Axxess CARE.


This functionality is currently available to Android users and coming soon to iOS.


If you submit a visit by mistake, complete the following steps to return the visit to the posting organization.


When a visit is in Review status:


Log in to Axxess CARE. Click on the Schedule tab and select the visit that was submitted in error. Click Return Visit.


Select the reason you are returning the visit back to the organization and agree to the terms and conditions.


Select Staff Signature to provide your signature and click Confirm.


When a visit is in Returned by QA status:


Log in to Axxess CARE. Click on the Schedule tab or the QA Returned alert bubble on the home screen, and select the visit that was submitted in error. Click Return Visit.


Select the reason you are returning the visit back to the organization and agree to the terms and conditions.


Select Staff Signature to provide your signature and click Confirm.


When a visit is in Completed status:


Log in to Axxess CARE. Click on the Schedule tab and select the visit that was submitted in error. Click Return Visit.


Select the reason you are returning the visit back to the organization and agree to the terms and conditions.


Select Staff Signature to provide your signature and click Confirm.
