The Axxess International Management (AIM) Program is a one-year immersion program designed specifically for MBA graduates who want to make a meaningful impact while accelerating their careers. Through the program, AIM cohorts collaborate across multiple teams, solve complex business challenges, and lead or contribute to high-impact strategic projects that support Axxess’s mission of empowering healthcare organizations and professionals with the world’s best technology solutions.
AIM cohorts receive mentorship, direct exposure to executive leadership, and participate in leadership engagement opportunities including, CEO “Lunch and Learn” sessions. What makes AIM unique is rather than specializing in a single function, AIM cohorts develop a broad understanding of how the business operates while building leadership, strategic thinking, and cross-functional skills needed to make an impact on care in the home.
