It sounds as if you are referring to when you are creating a claim then on step 3 the amounts are coming up wrong. You use to be able to change the rate on the claims back on step 2 which at that time had an Edit option but now only has a View option.This was a recent change, now you can only View the visit rates and setup but you are unable to edit them on this page like you could before. If you need to change the visit rates cause it is wrong as you are describing you will need to go to View -> List -> Insurances/Payors hit edit on the side of the insurance. Then go to step 3 Fee Schedule and change the visit rate here to be correct. Once this is saved and completed go back to your Open Claim and in step 2 hit reload insurances.
