Axxess will probably tell you to make adjustments for those. It would probably be up to your agency to determine what type of an adjustment to use. The Medicare AR report, when it generates data, has not been working properly for us for quite some time. It will not filter out the different status' of claims. For example, if you don't want to see claims in "Processed as Primary" status there is no way to filter that out currently unless you manually do it in excel after the report is generated.
